Refund Policy

Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to all cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are actively working to expand delivery services to Gulf and Arab countries.

  • Address Modifications: The store does not modify addresses after an order is placed. The shipping company will receive the address exactly as provided by the customer.
  • Order Modifications: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Order Processing and Shipping

After payment is completed, your order will be prepared and delivered to the shipping company (Aramex) within one business day

Note: The day of the order and Fridays are not counted in the delivery time.

Delivery Timelines

The delivery timeframe depends on the carrier and typically takes 2-3 working days. Once your order is ready and handed over to the shipping company, the bill of lading number will be sent to your mobile

  • Special Delivery Cases: For Riyadh and Jeddah, deliveries are handled directly by our representatives, and customers in Riyadh can opt for direct pickup from our branch.
  • Delays: Delays may occur due to reasons related to the customer, such as being unavailable at the delivery address, failing to answer the delivery representative’s call, or requesting a change of delivery address. In these cases, neither the store nor the shipping company will be responsible for the delay.
Tracking Shipments

Once the shipment is with the shipping company, you are responsible for tracking it using the bill of lading number sent to you. If you do not receive the tracking number, please contact the store to request it.

Risk of Loss

Once we deliver your order to the shipping company, the risk of loss shifts to you, as per our shipping contracts.

Exchange and Return Policy
  • Return or Exchange Timeframe:
    • Returns or exchanges are allowed within 3 days of purchase if there is a manufacturing defect, provided the original invoice is presented.
    • The company reserves the right to refuse returns based on the maintenance technician’s report.
  • Conditions for Return or Exchange:
    • The product must be in its original packaging and unopened.
    • If you request a refund, the original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Products with manufacturing defects that have been opened can be replaced with the same product, provided they are returned to our warehouses via the shipping company.
  • Exchange Procedures:
    • If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may exchange it for the same product or one with higher specifications, by paying the price difference.
  • Refund Methods:
    • For electronic payments, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 14 business days. You must follow the bank’s payment procedures for the refund to be completed.
  • Exceptions to the Return and Exchange Policy:
    • Requests made after the specified return window.
    • When the product has been used or benefited from.
    • Products missing price tags, stickers, original packaging, or any accessories.
    • Products that violate warranty terms, including:
      • Damage or malfunctions resulting from misuse.
      • Opened products not in their original condition.
      • Failure to follow operating instructions.
      • Exposure to water or any external maintenance.
      • Use of incompatible accessories that affect the device’s function.
